Definition of dairy products
Dairy products are processed from fresh cow's (sheep's) milk as the main raw material. It includes liquid milk (pasteurized milk, uht milk, yogurt, yogurt drink), powdered milk (whole fat milk powder, skimmed milk powder, infant formula milk powder and other baby milk), condensed milk (full-fat empty milk, full-fat condensed milk with sugar, flavor/modulation condensed milk, condensed milk powder), milk fat (liquid cream, cream margarine), cheese (raw cheese and processed cheese), other dairy products (casein, lactose, whey powder).
